Din Tai Fung, nestled in the bustling heart of Bonifacio High Street Central, Taguig City, Metro Manila, offers an exquisite dive into authentic Taiwanese cuisine renowned for its meticulous craftsmanship and delicate flavors. Specializing in steamed dumplings, this Taiwanese restaurant has become a culinary landmark for both locals and travelers seeking an elevated dining experience.
The true stars of Din Tai Fung’s menu are undoubtedly the legendary Xiao Long Bao. These soup dumplings feature thin, translucent wrappers enveloping a savory, juicy filling that bursts with rich broth the moment you bite in—a texture and taste harmony that’s simply unforgettable. For those craving a deeper, heartier meal, the Braised Beef Noodle Soup offers a robust, slow-cooked blend of tender meat and aromatic broth that warms the soul.
Beyond dumplings, the restaurant excels with comforting offerings like the Shrimp and Pork Wonton Noodle Soup, where delicate wontons float in a savory broth alongside perfectly springy noodles. The menu also includes lighter options such as the fragrant blends of their Milk Teas and Fruit Teas, featuring favorites like the tangy Passion Fruit Green Tea and the floral Jasmine and Rose Milk Tea, each sip refreshing and perfectly balancing sweetness with subtle tea notes.
Dining at Din Tai Fung is not just about food; it’s an experience marked by attentive, professional service that many guests praise. Reviewers often highlight the thoughtful gestures—such as bag holders at the table—and the staff’s friendly yet efficient manner, even during busy times. The atmosphere is lively yet well-organized, striking a comfortable balance where diners can enjoy both intimate meals and group gatherings. Great food and service. It's worth the wait. Went there for dinner on a Sunday. We willingly waited for about 30 minutes but wrote down our orders ahead. As expected, we enjoyed our food while being efficiently served by the staff. We had several dishes although our vegetable was cancelled due to inavailability.

Finally got to try DTF! One of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a while. Great food, and their Wintermelon Iced Tea was the best! Plus their crispy beef, one of my faves now. Also, our server, Jason’s kindness and attentiveness really stood out. I loved that they also have a bag holder to actually put in your bags and valuables. We will surely be back when we’re in Manila again. Thank you!

Great dumplings with rich broth and delicate wrappers. Service was quick and attentive even with a busy crowd. A bit on the pricey side, but the overall experience was worth it.

Been to Din Tai Fung a couple of times now and it always hits the spot. The xiao long bao are the star—super delicate and packed with soup, just how they should be. Service is quick and organized even when it’s packed, and food comes out hot and fresh. A bit pricier than your usual dumpling spot, but honestly worth it for the quality. And I just tried the chocolate xiao long bao—new favorite, such a fun way to end the meal. Always a solid choice when you’re craving dumplings.

Food is really good! No wonder people line up even for more than an hour to dine in. Queue depends on the day, could be 10mins, 30mins, 1hr or more. Will definitely eat here again specially when celebrating special occassions and events. Has lots of seeting capacity, order can take 10 to 20mins before it is serve. Better to pre order already while waiting in queue. Service is excellent!

The place is great and service was perfect. We went on a Sunday brunch and the air conditioned was on full blast since it was very cold inside the restaurant. We ordered the usual pork XLB, and their soup. The food was just ok especially for its price. Since the place was very cold the XLB and Siomai immediately became cold and it was not a very good experience. After visiting Binondo and went on a food tour there, I guess you already know what to expect if we compare their food and prices.
